Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee that the stain color will come out completely. However, it is a 50-50 chance, and we have had success removing many types of stains in the past, We will do our best to get your rug looking as clean and fresh as possible. If the stain color does not come out with the cleaning, we offer a separate service called "Dry stain removal." With this option, we 100% guarantee the removal of the stain color from your rug. However, it is important to note that this service is a separate price from the cleaning and is only recommended if your rug is worth the investment. We will assess the value of your rug and provide a recommendation accordingly. Overall, our stain cleaning option is a great choice if you have stains on your rug that you would like to remove.
